Some known therapies for staying healthy

Simple list of therapies that can be practised yourself to improve health. ( below are introduction to few )

I am trying Sun, Hydro, Magnet and Acupressure therapies in the mornings, which removes dullness and keeps me active during the day.

My recommendation is to understand these therapies for yourself and customize methods according to your needs.

Sun therapy : Expose your body to sunlight preferrably in the mornings and evenings for 5-10 min. This can stimulate/rejuvenate your body cells and also strengthens bones.

Hydro therapy : Esp. when your body is heated ( internally ) to cool yourself stay in swimpool for 20-30 min on weekends.
OR at home fill the bathtub with water ( at room temp. ) and stay for 15-20 min.

Fasting : Fasting is one best way to cure some common ailments fever, cold, overeating.
Fasting need not necessarily a complete fast ( no food or water ), it can be juice fasting or tomato fasting
Juice fasting means taking fruit juice for the whole day, similarly tomato fasting means eating tomatoes for the whole day only when hungry.
Veg./fruits for fasting : Tomato, Orange, Musambi, Grape, Apple, Milk, Carrot, Beetroot.

Acupressure : Simulating nerve ends in the hand and foot sole can be refreshing and continuous simulation MAY cure small ailments.
HowTo : Buy a acupressure mat and step on this mat ( ON and OFF ) for 3 - 5 min.

Magneto therapy : Buy a pair of high power magnets and magnetise the water in equal proportions ( north and south pole ) for atleast 8 hours and drink 100 ml
every day.
